Medivac of FA Tom Bridinger -

Bridinger had broken a bone and needed more attention than our USPHS doctor could provide. This shot shows the small boat crew of SEB-1 carrying him to the freighter that was enroute to Boston.

As it turned out, this was my last patrol aboard Sebago. And the normal three week on station period for Sebago was shortened by 10 days as we returned to Pensacola early. Four days after our return to port I was gone with the wind to New Orleans.
