November 13, 2011 - I've experienced my first hard drive crash in several years and my laptop is now toast. I won't complain, that unit lasted nearly four years of hard use in a harsh environment, over 40,000 miles tucked into a bag tied to my motorcycle. BUT, I had not been bright enough to ensure that my email software was properly backed up to my other computers.
